What is the Toy Library?
The Toy Labrary ia a lending library available to anyone with a visual impairment, regardless of registration living within Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Is there a charge?
No - the Library is FREE.
How many items can I borrow?
You may borrow three items only at any one time for a period of two weeks, which may be extended to three weeks.
