What is the Hospital Support Service?
A support service for patients attending the eye clinic at the University Hospital of Wales at Heath Park.
What does the service offer?
Our Eye Clinic Link Officer and a team of volunteers are on hand to assist, accompany and support all patients attending the eye clinic.
When does the service operate?
At every eye clinic at the Heath hospital Monday to Friday.
Can I use the service as an in-patient?
Yes - we will provide support as and when requested to all the wards in the Heath hospital.

By phoning Jackie Cole (Eye Clinic Link Officer) on Cardiff (029) 2048 5414 prior to your appointment or by approaching the volunteers within the clinic (they all wear blue polo shirts with the Institute's name and logo).
